Once a derelict farmhouse, now converted to a purpose-built studio space or performance / rehearsal room with accommodation.

The studio has two fireplaces as well as central heating, colour corrected overhead lighting and plenty of power sockets.

There are views towards the Cairngorms as well as Glen Deskry.

The house offers accommodation and facilities for up to seven residents in three bedrooms.
